We specialize in high-profile political advocacy campaigns—including the Republican Accountability Project, Republican Voters Against Trump, and The Bulwark—and we’re looking for an energetic Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to join our team.

About the Role
As our Office Manager / Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our office running smoothly and supporting our team at every level—especially our principal and senior staff. You’ll manage a variety of tasks, from scheduling meetings and running errands, to organizing office supplies and greeting visitors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Office Management:
- Keep supplies stocked, organized, and tidy
- Coordinate with building management and external vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Greet visitors and direct them to the right people
- Set up conference rooms and meeting areas
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule (and sometimes reschedule) meetings, calls, and appointments
- Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries
- Assist with daily rundowns, reminders, and occasional personal tasks
Accounting & HR Assistance:
- Help reconcile credit card statements and expense reports
- Process bank deposits
- Assist with onboarding, mail sorting, and other admin tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Highly Organized Multi-Tasker: You’re great at juggling deadlines and staying on top of multiple to-dos.
- Independent Problem-Solver: You can work under limited supervision and figure out creative solutions on the fly.
- Clear Communicator: You communicate confidently—both in writing and on the phone—and can represent the firm professionally.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of conduct, including professional communication (written and verbal) and representing the firm’s brand in all interactions.”
- Team Player with Confidentiality: You work well with diverse groups and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- In-Office Availability: You’re able to be in the office (downtown DC) five days a week.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Previous administrative or office management experience is a plus, but what matters most is your ability to be proactive, flexible, and keep things running smoothly.
